Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent and organized Back Office Executive to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, manage daily administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage office records and documentation accurately
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination
  • Handle data entry and maintain databases in MS Excel / MS Office
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments for smooth workflow
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks
  • Support management in preparing reports and presentations when required

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
