About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident fresh graduates to join our academy as Admission Counsellors. Your role will be to interact with students and parents, explain our courses (German, IELTS, Tuition, Skill Development), and guide them through the admission process.

You don't need prior experience – training will be provided. We only expect good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to build trust with students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and handle student/parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp).
  • Explain available programs clearly and confidently.
  • Guide students in filling out admission forms and completing documentation.
  • Follow up with interested students until admission confirmation.
  • Maintain enquiry logs and submit daily/weekly reports.
  • Support outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, and college visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline). Final-year students can also apply.
  • Good communication in English & Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
  • Friendly personality with confidence to speak to new people.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email).
  • A learning mindset and willingness to grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹32,479.51 per month
