Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Legal Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide legal consulting and guidance to the organization. Responsibilities will also include managing legal affairs, addressing disputes, and working closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and Legal Compliance
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Affairs management
- Proficiency in providing Legal Consulting and advisory services
- Ability to analyze and mitigate legal risks for the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required, and a Master's degree or additional qualification is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate and hospitality industry regulations is advantageous
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
