About the Role:

We are a leading dessert brand opening a new cafe in Kochi, seeking enthusiastic and energetic team members to join our store. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers at the counter.
  • Prepare and serve shakes, desserts, ice cream, faloodas, sundaes, and other menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dessert station.
  • Restock ingredients and utensils as needed.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Hindi.
  • Prior experience in F&B, ice cream, dessert, or shakes counters is required.
  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
  • Culinary or food-handling certification is a plus (not mandatory).
