About the Role:
We are a leading dessert brand opening a new cafe in Kochi, seeking enthusiastic and energetic team members to join our store. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers at the counter.
- Prepare and serve shakes, desserts, ice cream, faloodas, sundaes, and other menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dessert station.
- Restock ingredients and utensils as needed.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in F&B, ice cream, dessert, or shakes counters is required.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Team player with good time management skills.
- Culinary or food-handling certification is a plus (not mandatory).
Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Basic) + Food Allowance + Accommodation
