3. Location: Sangam Vihar, New Delhi
4. Organization: Khel Khel Mein Foundation (KKMF)
5. Compensation: ₹35,000- 45,000/month based on experience and skills for the role.
6. Job Type: Full-time (with 3-month probation)

Role Description

As Senior Coach, you will be responsible for the overall technical management and delivery of the KKM program in your assigned community. You will lead the Senior Girls squad across the season in various state level competitions. Your role will be to build a strong curriculum to be implemented across the program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, field-based environments, brings strong technical & pedagogical insight, and is committed to long-term community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Expected to provide a minimum of 40 hours per week. You cannot compromise on training hours 

1. Coaching

• Coach the Senior Girls Excellence Teams (Seniors & Juniors) through structured on-ground and off-ground sessions.
• Ability to conduct sessions with children using multiple resources like age appropriate equipment, fitness aspects and multimedia tool
• In-depth understanding of technical and tactical aspects of Football
• Oversee the strength and conditioning programs for student athletes
• Ability to understand children and support them them technically & psychologically
• Timely preparation and documentation of sessions conducted in Coach journal, administering assessments and submitting the assessment data sheet
• Scout & Recruit quality prospective players in squads

2. Team management & Technical Leadership

• The Head Coach will lead the entire squad that will include the players, the supporting technical and non-technical staff.
• Coach and mentor a cadre of Community Coaches.
• Observe each coach monthly, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Organize and lead fortnightly planning meetings with coaches for session design
• Plan, organize, and oversee the entire football program at all levels.
• Develop game strategies, practice schedules, and season-long goals.

3. Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare monthly reports detailing activities, session planning, and observations.
• You will be responsible for co-facilitating KKM monitoring & assessments study & Submission of data sheets to the core KKMF team on time.
• Maintain relevant data on the Excellence Team including match reports, statistics, and player development metrics.

6. Communication & Organizational Coordination

• Follow internal communication structures and contribute to team coordination.
• Support efforts to build and strengthen the MJAS sports ecosystem.
• Engage in donor-related activities including meetings, coach workshops, and tournaments.
• Engaging with parents and community stakeholders to facilitate their effective engagement
• You are expected to attend meetings/sessions organized by the members of KKMF.

Skills & Criteria

• Preferably B License, Minimum AIFF C License
• Minimum 5 years of experience across community work, squad management at state/ national level leagues
• Strong pedagogical grounding with the ability to coach others in session design and delivery.
• Proven team leadership: skilled at observation, feedback, and developing others.
• Ability to manage operations independently in field settings.
• Comfortable with basic data tools (spreadsheets, dashboards)
• Excellent relationship-building skills; fluency in Hindi required.
