Revit MEP (Mandatory), Dialux, Revit Architecture/Structure, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Prepare and manage MEP project plans, schedules, and resources.
  • Review contracts, specs, and technical submittals.
  • Ensure timely execution within budget and quality standards.

2. Design, BIM & Lighting Coordination

  • Lead BIM coordination using Revit MEP (clash-free models).
  • Review/approve MEP drawings, BOQs, and BIM outputs.
  • Perform lighting design in Dialux (lux levels, fixtures, compliance).
  • Coordinate with architects, structural teams, and stakeholders.

3. Site Supervision & Commissioning

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Validate contractor work for technical compliance.
  • Conduct site audits ensuring safety and quality adherence.

4. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as key contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Lead multidisciplinary site teams.
  • Conduct progress meetings and provide project updates.

5. Budgeting, Risk & Quality Control

  • Manage budgets, cost control, and variations.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, and IS Codes.
