Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Manager to oversee operations in our Pressure Vessel Division. The ideal candidate will possess a CSWIP or CWI certification and have a strong background in welding, fabrication of Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels. The role involves leading a team of engineers, welders, and technicians, ensuring high-quality output, safety compliance, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily manufacturing operations of pressure vessels including welding, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with engineering drawings, ASME Sections, PED, and other applicable codes and standards.
  • Oversee welding processes and quality inspections in line with CSWIP 3.1/3.2.2 requirements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, procurement, and design departments for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and cost targets.
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure workplace safety in accordance with HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and mentor shop-floor personnel and junior engineers.
  • Prepare and present reports on production efficiency, delays, and improvement actions to senior management.
  • Manage third-party inspections and customer audits.
