Edp Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, ERP, software, and hardware across the organization.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networking, data backup, firewalls, and security systems.
• Manage and resolve issues related to ERP / SAP / DMS (Dealer Management System).
• Provide IT support to all departments/branches and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain data security, access controls, and regular backups.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software services, and hardware maintenance.
• Provide MIS reports, data analysis, and IT-related updates to management.
• Implement new technologies/tools and conduct training for employees.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP / SAP / DMS / Tally.
• Hands-on experience in Networking, Database, Server & IT Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data security and backup processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:

• BCA / MCA / B.Tech (CS/IT) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT / EDP management.
• Experience in Automobile Industry or Multi-branch setup will be an added advantage.
