Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Finance & Reporting Consolidate unit -levelfinancials into corporate accounts. Ensure accurate and timelymonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support CFO with investor,banker, and lender presentations.2. Costing & Profitability Oversee product costing,standard costs, and plant -level profitability analysis. Monitor margins and identifyopportunities for cost optimization. Support commercial teams withcost -based pricing and new product feasibility.3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Prepare and monitor short -termand long -term cash flow forecasts. Ensure liquidity foroperational and capex requirements. Manage treasury operationsincluding inter -company fund transfers and forex (if applicable).10.  Optimize cost of funds by managing credit facilities and bankingrelationships.11.  Provide timely reporting on cash flow status, risks, and fundingrequirements.4. Working Capital ManagementMonitor and optimize Receivables (DSO), Payables (DPO), andInventory Days.13.  Drive initiatives to reduce working capital cycle and improve freecash flow.14.  Align with procurement, sales, and operations for credit control andvendor management.15.  Implement systems to improve collection efficiency and vendorpayment discipline.5. Business Partnering16.  Collaborate with plant heads, supply chain, and procurement teams toimprove overall financial efficiency.17.  Evaluate expansion projects, capex proposals, and investmentopportunities. ProvideCFO and management with decision -support analysis for strategic initiatives.RequirementsKey Result Areas (KRAs):· Accuracy and timeliness of MIS,budgets, and forecasts.· Cash flow forecasting accuracyand liquidity maintenance.· Working capital efficiency(DSO, DPO, Inventory Days, Cash Conversion Cycle).· Reduction in cost per unit andimprovement in EBITDA margins.· Cost of funds optimization andtreasury efficiency.· Timely closure of auditswithout qualifications.· Quality and usefulness offinancial insights provided to management.Qualifications & Experience: •CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution. • 7–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably inmanufacturing corporate office. • Strong expertise in cash flow management, working capital optimization,costing, and compliance. • ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle) with proficiency in Excel / Power BI preferred
