Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Codignus Technologies' products and services.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development.
• Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, presentations, marketing collaterals).
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Organize promotional events, webinars, and product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and media.
• Report marketing performance and ROI to senior management.

Requirements

• Education: Any degree preferred (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is an advantage).
• Proven experience (3–6 years) in marketing or a related field, preferably in IT/technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Leadership qualities with experience in managing a small team (preferred).
