Bio-Analytical Analyst: Job Description:
• Perform the routine activity in the bioanalytical lab.
• Perform the lab related work as per the GDP and GLP.
• Perform method development, validation and study sample analysis as per regulatory guidelines.
• Perform the lab activities as directed by the group leader on day to day.
• Preparation of the SOPs, method SOP, Method validation protocol and study plan.
• Perform the routine calibration / performance check of the laboratory equipment
• Handling and preparation of the solutions as per applicable SOP.
• Compilation of the data for the method Development, Method validation and subject sample analysis as per GDP.
• Ensure the appropriate documentation in respective logbooks, forms formats, calibration documents and other lab related documents as per respective SOP.
• Handling of the various analytical instruments as per SOPs and applicable guidelines.
• Complete all the training as and when organized by the department.

Custodian: Job Discerption:
• Perform the lab related work as per the GDP and GLP.
• Maintain the invenory & accountability of Blank plasma, analytical columns and WRS as per respective SOP.
• Maintain the disposal record of Blank plasma, analytical columns and WRS as per respective SOP.
• Handling, management and disposal of the clinical study samples after analysis as per the protocol.
• Procure and manage the inventory for the blank biological matrixes.
• Communicate with the HoD for the material requirement and procurement.
• Record the temperature and humidity of the designated area of the bioanalytical department.
• Temperature monitoring data verification for all the freezers and refrigerators on timely manners.
• Response to the QA/QC observations.
• Identify the breakdown/failure of the equipment and inform to the engineers for the rectification purpose.
• Contingency arrangement of subject samples if any malfunction in the freezers.
• Co-ordinate with clinical team for shipment and related concerns or discrepancy resolutions and follow ups.
• Communications with the stake holders for query, observations and their resolutions.
• Complete all the training as and when organized by the department.
