We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end campaign execution across platforms. You'll be responsible for building brand presence, running ad campaigns, managing analytics, and coordinating with creative and content teams.

If you live and breathe Instagram reels, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboards — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Build and manage performance campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

Create content calendars, handle scheduling, and ensure brand consistency.

Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative briefs and post approvals.

Analyze and report on campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.

Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Manage budgets and targeting for paid media across Meta and Google platforms.

Run influencer-led campaigns and community engagement activities as needed.

Optimize creatives, captions, and targeting based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience managing social media platforms and ad campaigns.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Suite (Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager).

Proven track record of running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).

Knowledge of social media KPIs, funnel metrics, and performance attribution.

Proficiency in tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Meta Insights.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to content and campaign planning.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with agencies or multiple brands.

Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, or WhatsApp campaigns.

Experience with Canva, basic video editing, or AI content tools.
