About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented US Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US job market, and the ability to work across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with US hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards (Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit based on job requirements and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams across different time zones.
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Maintain and update applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation terms, and coordinate onboarding in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on US employment trends, visa/work authorization policies, and best practices in international recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment (IT/non-IT).
  • Strong understanding of US job boards, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and compliance practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work flexible hours to align with US time zones.
