The idealcandidate will leverage their medical expertise to evaluate health insurance, claims, provide medical insights for policy development, and support ourclients with accurate health -related information. KeyResponsibilities:Claims Evaluation: Review and assess medical claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy terms.Medical Consultation: Provide expert medical opinions on complex cases and support the claims team with medical insights.Policy Development: Collaborate with the policy development team to create and update health insurance policies based on the latest medical guidelines and practices.Client Support: Offer medical advice and support to clients, helping them understand their health conditions and the coverage provided by their insurance plans.Data Analysis: Analyze health data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving health outcomes and reducing costs.Compliance: Ensure all medical practices and recommendations comply with relevant laws and regulations.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest medical research, treatments, and healthcare regulations to provide the best possible advice and support. Requirements Qualifications:Essential - M.B.B.S. degree and a valid medical licensePreferably a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and a valid medical license.Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in health insurance or a related field.Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatments, and healthcare systems.Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.High ethical standards and respect for patient confidentiality.
