We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of our Jawed Habib Salon branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for beauty & grooming services, and the ability to ensure an exceptional client experience while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
  • Manage appointment schedules and ensure minimal wait times.

2. Team Leadership

  • Supervise and motivate stylists, beauticians, and front-desk staff.
  • Manage staff duty rosters, attendance, and performance.
  • Conduct regular training and skill-enhancement sessions.

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns promptly.
  • Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor service quality and consistency across all staff.

4. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and promote salon services/packages.
  • Monitor product sales and ensure stock availability.
  • Implement marketing initiatives, offers, and promotions.

5. Administrative Tasks

  • Handle billing supervision, cash management, and daily reporting.
  • Maintain inventory of products and equipment.
  • Coordinate with corporate/area management for business updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in salon/spa management or hospitality/retail leadership.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and people-management skills.
  • Knowledge of salon services, hair/beauty trends, and basic product knowledge.
  • Ability to meet targets and manage a team effectively.
  • Graduation preferred; salon industry experience is an advantage.
