We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-level AEM solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AEM Core Technologies, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR, and demonstrate expertise in both On-Prem and AEM Cloud Service environments. This role demands strong front-end and back-end development capabilities, with proficiency in headless architecture and modern frameworks like React or Angular.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5.x On-Prem and AEM Cloud Service.

● Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable implementation concepts.

● Independently design, develop, test, and deploy AEM components, templates, and workflows.

● Implement headless CMS architecture using GraphQL, React, or Angular.

● Collaborate with product owners to evaluate requirements concerning AEM architecture and integrations.

● Integrate front-end components with AEM templates and ensure responsive design.

● Manage build and deployment processes for both On-Prem and Cloud environments.

● Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

● Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security best practices.

● Write and maintain unit tests (JUnit) to ensure code quality.

● Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for agile task and documentation management.

Required Technical Skills:

● Strong experience with AEM Core Technologies:

○ OSGi Services

○ Apache Sling

○ Granite UI

○ Java Content Repository (JCR)

● Java (8 or higher) development skills

● Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

● Hands-on experience with GraphQL and modern JS frameworks (React / Angular)

● Strong understanding of localization and internationalization

● Experience with build tools such as Maven, Jenkins

● Version control expertise using Git

● Familiarity with design patterns and clean coding principles

● Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
