Job Title: National Apprentice Promotion Scheme Trainee (NAPS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated NAPS to join our team. As a NAPS Trainee, you will undergo structured training and hands-on experience across various departments to develop technical skills, understand operational processes, and contribute to ongoing projects. This role is ideal for fresh diploma graduates looking to build a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-the-job training across different engineering functions such as production, quality, maintenance, assembly and other departments..
• Assist senior engineers in daily operations, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Support in documentation, reporting, and analysis of technical data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow and contribute to team goals.
• Engage in continuous learning and development activities as part of the training program.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Training Duration: 24 months

Location: Nelamangala , Bangalore
