Job Title: Redwood Administrator / Workload Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Redwood solutions within SAP landscapes and integrated ecosystems.

Monitor job performance, identify and troubleshoot scheduling issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure stable and efficient workload automation.

Enforce data integrity and system security by applying best practices in configuration management, user access control, and job scheduling.

Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, including system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices within Redwood (including RunMyJobs), and provide insights and recommendations to enhance scheduling efficiency and platform performance.

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Redwood Administrator or in a similar role involving workload automation.

Solid understanding of workload automation principles, job scheduling, and Redwood tools, especially RunMyJobs.

Experience with integrations between Redwood and enterprise applications, such as SAP systems, databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
