future-fit and innovative GBS organization, partnering with multiple business functions across a global footprint
to optimize processes, unlock business savings, and operational efficiency.

The GBS organization will partner
key business functions
including Finance, Enterprise Solutions and Information Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Customer Development and Sales, and Sustainability. A
significant proportion of GBS roles will be based in one of our GBS hubs in Pune India, CEE and Mexico
Job Purpose
As Finance Business Partner for GBS organization which will be set up from green field while a significant TSA scope will be managed. During the initial phase, the role is expected to play a key role to set up all the necessary finance and accounting structure by working with cross functional team and/or external relevant parties. The role will play a key role in ensuring all the compliance and deliverables fulfilled regarding fiscal requirement and statutory reporting.

The role will be part of the GBS Leadership team to support and steer the future direction of GBS.

In addition, you will lead and role modelling the culture of
continuous improvement, high quality & services and being innovative,
including identifying opportunities for process standardization and improvement

Key Responsibilities
Set Up Phase :-

• Define and implement the overall Finance & Accounting structure such as Profit / Cost Center, CoA (in line with central CoA structure), services cross charging structure, financial and management reporting.
• Define and implement the financial budget and forecasting process
• Define and implement the business case to support all relevant TSAs and new scopes
• Budget planning and tracking for GBS and Pune GCC as well as the high level planning for the rest of the org.
• Refining and understanding each Centres (GCC/RCC/LCC) budgetary needs both people and non-people and drive the functions to provide detailed forecast in spend
• Support Pune GCC Site Setup & Expansion: Assist in establishing new GBS sites, including financial infrastructure and controls.
• Treasury & Cash Flow: Monitor liquidity and support centre reporting during and from set up.
• Define and implement the Finance BP support for the GBS
• Define and implement the financial and management reports to support GBS LT and Pune Hub Leader to steer the business leverage on data model development and available reporting tools

Ongoing

• Act as Finance BP for GBS and Pune hub
• Lead and maintaining the business case for TSAs and transitions and other key projects
• Monitoring the establishment project budgets and financial performance, ensuring that expenditure is aligned with the allocated budget
• Ensuring cost is correctly allocated to the right budgets and are reported correctly. Guidance is issued to the stakeholders for establishment cost management
• Preparing and present management reporting that outline project budgets and forecast, and any potential risks or deviations from the plan.
• Ensure Budgetary project risk like delays and overruns are controlled and mitigated.
• Month-End Close & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance of numbers of each centre.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Present financial insights to stakeholders, support decision-making, and influence strategy.
• Collaborating closely with Centre heads, project managers, stakeholders, and team members to provide timely financial and performance updates.

Experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting
• Must have GBS shared services experience, experienced in different pricing and Charge service models
• Experience in US GAAP, SOX and IFRS are required
• Experienced finance controller will be preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Advantage

• Tax & LE statutory reporting experience
• SAP S4 experience preferred, global and multinational experience.
• Lean practitioner or equivalent

Qualifications

• Chartered accountant, CFA or equivalent
• Graduate Degree with relevant experience, postgraduate degree is a plus
• Fluent in English language, additional languages are a plus
