Job Description: 3D Designer – Home Improvement Industry

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3 Years exp. is compulsory.

Role Overview:

The Junior Interior Designer will support in-store layouts, space planning, working drawings, and execution follow-ups. The role requires strong technical skills and a good design eye.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare in-store layouts, space plans, and detailed working drawings
  • Assist in design execution and coordination with the site team
  • Support client presentations with 2D/3D visuals
  • Maintain material libraries and understand finishes used at JB Homestore
  • Coordinate with vendors and labour for basic site understanding

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Blender/3ds Max/V-Ray (any 3D software)
  • Knowledge of Photoshop for render touch-ups and presentations
  • Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and practical execution
  • Good communication and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred

Preferred (Off-JD)

  • Natural eye for design and detailing
  • Interest in aesthetic/product photography (added advantage)
  • Problem-solving ability and eagerness to grow with experience
