Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and mentor the ABAP development team in delivering high-quality, scalable SAP
solutions.
 Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
 Design, develop, and optimize custom ABAP programs, enhancements, reports, and
interfaces.
 Work extensively on Workflows, CDS Views, and OData/APIs for SAP Fiori and other
integrations.
 Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and guidelines.
 Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
 Manage development timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
 Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and bring innovation into development
practices.
 Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements and provide technical
expertise.
Key Skills & Experience:
 Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer and Technical Lead.
 Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, including Reports, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and
ALE/IDOCs.
 Hands-on experience with SAP Workflows, Core Data Services (CDS) Views, Adobe
forms and REST/OData APIs.
 Good understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and integration points.
 Experience in S/4HANA environment is highly desirable.
 Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
 Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms using ABAP programming
language.
 Perform unit testing and debugging of programs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
 Experience with Development Tool Kit using HANA studio or Eclipse.

 Good process knowledge on SAP functional modules
 Experience in developing Web Intelligence reports.
 Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-
Premises and Cloud instances of SAP Products
 Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows.
 Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, and exception
handling.
 Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (ODATA, SFTP, IDOC,
SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and
receiver
Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
 Exposure to Process Design, Customer-facing role, End to End Implementation
experience.
 Ability to understand cross-functional data
Ability to drive the support process and ensure compliance with project standards and
deliverables.
 Should have experience in working with S/4 HANA. Should have the ability to capture
the business needs of customers and work with them to deploy the interfaces.
 Data Integration concepts with Finance, Sales and Distribution, Operations, Quality and
Plant Management for SAP Material Master, Bill of Materials, Routing, Recipes, and
Inventory Management
 Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests
and testing tools for functions of high complexity.
 Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as
providing on-call support as required by the team.
 Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.
