Urgent Hirimng for EV FSC (Field Sales Consultant)

Location: Kamre, Ranchi

Role & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Mahindra Electric Vehicles (EVs) through field sales activities.
• Generate leads via local market visits, corporate tie-ups, referrals, and EV awareness programs.
• Conduct product demos, explain EV features, charging process, and government subsidies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer data and follow-ups in DMS/CRM.
• Coordinate with showroom, finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth delivery.
• Stay updated on EV technology, competitors, and market trends.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in automobile sales (EV experience preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of local market (Ranchi & nearby areas).
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
