We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Solution Implementation team in Services, where you'll drive the evolution of our delivery infrastructure and contribute to release automation initiatives. This role combines cutting-edge DevOps engineering with AI-enhanced automation, focusing on building intelligent release pipelines for our F‑Secure Total product across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms. You'll work on sophisticated automation challenges while contributing to partner solution implementations that serve millions of users worldwide through our extensive service provider network.

We are hiring for this role in Bengaluru, India. We work in a hybrid model, and you can work from home most of the time, but we'd love to see you in the office now and then too.

What you will do in this role:

• Design and build CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable deployments across multiple platforms, implementing end-to-end publishing workflows from preparation through post-release monitoring and recovery
• Automate mobile application deployment workflows including iOS App Store and Google Play submission processes, managing app store certificates, provisioning profiles, and automated binary distribution to reduce manual release overhead
• Manage and provision cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code across AWS and Azure, optimizing resources for cost-efficiency, scalability, and security requirements of cybersecurity product deployments
• Maintain and enhance internal tooling ecosystem including administrative portals and release management dashboards, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience for internal stakeholders
• Implement AI-enhanced automation for release monitoring, anomaly detection, and intelligent rollback decisions, leveraging machine learning to optimize deployment strategies and reduce manual intervention
• Configure partner-specific solution implementations including provisioning adapters, SSO integrations, and customized deployment workflows that enable seamless partner onboarding and customization
• Optimize release pipeline performance through automation of building, testing, deployment, and publishing stages, achieving one-or-two-click publishing workflows that support monthly release cycles across all platforms
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues, mentor team members, and enhance system reliability through proactive performance tracking, root-cause analysis, and implementation of DevOps best practices

What are we looking for?

• Senior-level DevOps experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, and experience managing complex multi-platform release pipelines in production environments
• Cloud infrastructure expertise: Strong proficiency with AWS and Azure services, Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform), and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) for enterprise-scale deployments
• Programming and scripting skills: Proficiency in Python, experience with Django framework, REST API development, and strong scripting abilities for automation and integration tasks
• Platform deployment knowledge: Experience with Windows deployment technologies, mobile app publishing processes (iOS/Android), and understanding of multi-platform release coordination challenges
• AI and automation mindset: Interest in leveraging AI/ML for automation, monitoring, and process optimization, with ability to work with AI agents and data-driven decision making systems
• Leadership and collaboration: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to mentor junior team members, and strong communication skills for working with global teams and external partners

• Advanced technical stack: Experience with development, full-stack web development proficiency across frontend and backend technologies, and familiarity with cybersecurity product deployment requirements and compliance standards
• AI/ML experience: Hands-on experience with AI agents, machine learning for operations (MLOps), or implementing AI-enhanced monitoring and automation solutions
• Enterprise release management: Experience with release management portals, Windows-specific technologies (latebounds, Update Service), channel upgrade management, and throttling controls
• Cloud certifications: AWS or Azure DevOps Engineer certifications, exposure to DevSecOps practices, and experience with observability tools
