Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders of the eyes and visual system, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and providing ongoing care and management of patients with chronic eye conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision tests.
• Diagnose and manage eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
• Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, or treatments.
• Perform surgical procedures such as cataract removal, laser eye surgery, or corneal transplants (as applicable).
• Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on eye health, preventative care, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in ophthalmology through continued education and professional development.
