Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain high-performance Java applications in a remote work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect robust solutions and scalable microservices.
  • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and refactor existing code to improve performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to agile development practices, ensuring timely delivery of quality software.
  • Adhere to coding standards, perform code reviews, and maintain documentation for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong proficiency in core Java and object-oriented design.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate for backend development.
  • Solid understanding of building and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SQL databases and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred
  • Experience with cloud technologies and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies and familiarity with DevOps practices.
