Compounding Supervisor

The Compounding Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and controlling all compounding activities required for latex glove manufacturing, ensuring accurate formulation of latex mixes, chemical preparation, and smooth operation of compounding equipment. The role demands technical knowledge of latex compounding, quality parameters, and safe chemical handling practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise daily compounding operations for latex gloves production.

· Prepare chemical dispersion batches as per approved formulations and SOPs.

· Monitor and control critical parameters of latex compound.

· Oversee mixing, maturation and transfer of compound to dipping lines.

· Ensure correct chemical dosing and record keeping of chemical consumption.

· Maintain compounding log sheets, batch records, and inventory of chemicals.

· Coordinate with QA, production, and laboratory for process adjustments and sampling.

· Maintain safety standards, and ensure proper PPE usage in compounding area.

· Troubleshoot process deviations, equipment issues, and compound rejections.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize chemical wastage and enhance quality.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
