Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Manager Intern. The intern will assist with key HR functions such as recruiting, employee onboarding, establishing HR best practices, and operational support. Responsibilities may also include maintaining employee records, responding to HR inquiries, and participation in the development of training programs.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including recruiting and employee onboarding
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks such as maintaining records and supporting HR operations
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
  • A strong sense of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
