  • 3+ years of implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions.
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements, creating user stories end-to-end delivery experience.
  • Experience with BA tools : modeling notations (UML, BPMN), diagram types and tools (Visio, , etc.), UI wireframing and prototyping (Balsamiq Mockups, InVision, etc.), backlog and wiki tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.)
  • Should have strong e-Commerce domain knowledge / experience in B2B/B2C.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
  • Readiness to quickly and independently deliver missing hard skills and technologies.
  • Proactivity, ability to work without supervision, and decision-making skills.
