About the Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development to join our growing remote team. The successful candidate will take ownership of backend architecture, database management, and API integrations while collaborating on full-stack development projects. This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about creating scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, build, and maintain server-side logic and database structures.

● Develop APIs and backend services to power web and mobile applications.

● Optimize performance and scalability of applications.

● Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of user-facing elements.

● Implement and maintain security, authentication, and authorization solutions.

● Participate in architectural design discussions and code reviews.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues efficiently.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer.

● Strong command of backend languages and frameworks , Django, Laravel, or similar).

● Hands-on experience with database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

● Experience developing and integrating APIs.

● Working knowledge of front-end technologies (React, , or Angular) for integration purposes.

● Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

● Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
