We are now expanding our creative team and looking for a passionate and skilled
3D Generalist
who can bring visual ideas to life with high-quality 3D content.

About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile 3D artist who is proficient in the entire 3D pipeline—from modeling to texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering visually compelling outputs that align with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, environments, and assets for ads, visual content, and digital installations.
• Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for diverse 3D scenes.
• Produce 3D animations, simulations, and motion-based visual elements for advertising.
• Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and tech teams to deliver creative outputs.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D tools, techniques, and creative trends in the industry.
• Participate in brainstorming and contribute innovative ideas for digital OOH campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Generalist or in a similar 3D role.
• Strong proficiency in software such as
  Blender / Maya / 3ds Max
  .
• Excellent understanding of
  modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rigging (basic), and rendering
  .
• Experience using render engines like
  Cycles, Redshift, Arnold, Octane
  , etc.
• Good sense of composition, color, motion, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create both stylized and realistic 3D visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with
  Unreal Engine
  or
  Unity
  .
• Knowledge of
  VFX
  , simulations, and particle systems.
• Familiarity with motion graphics workflows.
• Understanding of digital advertising and DOOH media is a plus.
