Roles and Responsibilities

  • Attend all refund client complaints (emails/calls/visits) in close coordination with senior members of the Legal Team.
  • Attend all escalations received from the branch clients (emails/calls/visits).
  • Interact with the branch clients regarding refund amount through Tele queries.
  • Follow-up with the clients for Consent letters & No-dues certificates.
