We are looking for a freelance Python Developer with solid experience in large-scale web scraping, anti-bot bypassing (including Turnstile), proxy handling, Laravel integration, and MongoDB. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with flexible working hours, ideal for someone who can independently build, maintain, and optimize data extraction systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain large-scale scraping pipelines capable of overcoming modern anti-bot challenges, including Turnstile and related blocking systems.
  • Implement advanced proxy management: rotation, session control, residential proxies, and stealth scraping techniques.
  • Build Python automation tools, crawlers, and microservices for data extraction and transformation.
  • Integrate scraping outputs or services with Laravel-based platforms when needed.
  • Work with MongoDB for large-volume data storage, indexing, query optimization, and aggregation.
  • Configure and maintain server environments (Linux-based) to support scalable scraping workloads.
  • Diagnose, debug, and improve scraping performance, server configs, and pipeline reliability.
  • Collaborate asynchronously and manage deliverables independently within flexible timings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Python, focused on scraping and automation.
  • Strong understanding of anti-bot frameworks (Turnstile, Cloudflare protections, dynamic challenges).
  • Proven skills in handling proxy networks, user-agent spoofing, IP rotation, and request fingerprinting avoidance.
  • Familiarity with Laravel or comfort working with Laravel developers for integration tasks.
  • Solid expertise in MongoDB: indexing, schema design, batching, and performance tuning.
  • Linux server configuration experience (Nginx/Apache, Docker, cron jobs, security hardening).
  • Ability to manage large-scale scraping tasks and distributed workloads.
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and independent problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with asynchronous Python (FastAPI, aiohttp, asyncio).
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with headless browsers (Playwright, Selenium) for complex scraping.
