Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Processor to join our dynamic team in Chennai and Pune. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Originations - Processor, demonstrating the ability to manage and process various transactions efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our processing functions, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing of originations transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze and verify documentation related to originations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processing workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to originations.
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge in processing functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to originations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to processing activities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Originations - Processor.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for processing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
