We are hiring a
Computer Operator
who will be responsible for managing daily data operations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams such as the logistics and accounts departments.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in
Excel and data entry
, have strong organizational skills, and ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry and record maintenance in Excel and internal systems

Prepare and manage reports using
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
, and other Excel tools

Handle
filing and documentation
(both digital and physical records)

Coordinate with the
Logistics Department
for billing, bilties, and shipment documentation

Scan, attach, and organize bills and invoices in the system

Receive and verify incoming bills, ensuring accuracy before submission

Stamp and tag invoices with relevant order details

Support administrative and back-office operations for smooth workflow

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formatting, etc.)
  • Strong
    data entry accuracy
    and attention to detail
  • Good
    communication and coordination
    skills
  • Knowledge of
    filing systems and documentation practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic understanding of logistics or billing processes
    (preferred)
  • Graduation
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in a similar role preferred (freshers with strong Excel skills can apply)
