Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Implementation: Lead and manage the planning processes using Kinaxis or similar planning platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct thorough data analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and improve planning accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize planning efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on planning tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Develop and present detailed reports on planning metrics, performance indicators, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Kinaxis or any equivalent planning domain.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning software (Kinaxis preferred) and advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
