BNC has been mandated to recruit a a Junior Consultant – Direct Tax for a 6-8 months contract role for a MNC client based in Gurugram . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Direct Tax compliance and advisory, with exposure to Transfer Pricing for at least 2 years. This role involves working closely with a multinational client and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of direct tax returns and tax computations.
  • Support in Transfer Pricing documentation and benchmarking studies.
  • Handle tax assessments, tax audits, and notices under Income Tax laws.
  • Provide support in tax advisory and planning assignments.
  • Coordinate with clients and tax authorities as required.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Direct Taxation.
  • Exposure to Transfer Pricing for at least 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of Indian income tax laws, corporate taxation, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage client communications professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tax-related software/tools.
  • This is a contractual role with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
  • Preference will be given to male candidates due to client requirements.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
