Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Digital Marketing Executive
to manage and enhance Harvish Jewels' online and offline marketing presence. The role involves direct coordination with external marketing agencies, overseeing digital campaigns, and ensuring impactful brand communication. The candidate will also be responsible for designing creatives, running paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google), driving showroom footfall, generating leads, and analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Create, review, and refine marketing content, including graphics, creatives, and promotional material aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and optimize
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
    campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop strategies to increase
    store footfall
    and
    lead generation
    through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and follow up on generated leads, ensuring proper customer nurturing and conversion.
  • Track and analyze campaign data, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the luxury jewellery industry.
  • Support event-based and festival campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    digital marketing, campaign management, or social media marketing
    (preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery industry).
  • Proficiency in
    Meta Ads Manager
    and
    Google Ads
    (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong
    graphic design skills
    using Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
