Seeking a senior technology leader with deep hands-on expertise in CyberArk and its core components. The role involves leading platform engineering, guiding large-scale deployments, driving integrations, and ensuring secure, scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with strong technical proficiency and project execution capabilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise across CyberArk components, including Vault, PSM, CPM, PVWA, and associated modules.
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, engineering, and enhancement of the CyberArk platform to support evolving business and security needs.
  • Oversee upgrade, configuration, installation, and integration initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into practical solutions.
  • Follow a structured software engineering lifecycle—covering requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of PAM solutions.
  • Manage complex on-premise and CyberArk cloud deployments, including hybrid topologies and migration strategies from legacy environments.
  • Drive integration efforts with enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools such as SailPoint and Saviynt.
  • Utilize strong programming skills (Java, C#, C, Python, etc.) to support automation, customization, and platform optimization.
  • Ensure engineering best practices, secure configurations, and operational excellence across all CyberArk environments.
