Job Summary

We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Design, Storage Solutions, and Virtualization Technologies. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, pre-sales activities, and implementation planning for enterprise IT projects. This role demands a combination of technical depth, customer engagement skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution architecture design for enterprise IT projects involving server, storage, cloud, and networking solutions.
  • Engage in pre-sales discussions with clients and partners to understand requirements and propose the right solutions.
  • Create high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) for infrastructure solutions including Dell EMC, HPE, VMware, and SUSE OS.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare technical proposals, BOMs, and RFP responses.
  • Provide technical enablement and training for partners and internal teams.
  • Oversee solution implementation, ensuring alignment with design and best practices.
  • Perform infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimizations, including DC to DR migrations and SAN/NAS configurations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and customers to ensure solution success.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Operating Systems: Windows Server , RHEL (5 & 6)
  • Virtualization: VMware ESXi (5.0–7.0)
  • Storage: Dell EMC Unity, PowerMax, VxRail, XtremIO, Isilon, Data Domain, SC Series, ME4012/4084
  • Networking: Cisco & Brocade SAN Switches (zoning, firmware updates), Dell Network Switches
  • Cloud & DC Expertise: Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud architecture knowledge
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure security and scalability best practices
