Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Chief Engineer located in Lonavala. The Deputy Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, maintaining and repairing resort infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. They will also coordinate with various departments to address engineering needs, manage technical staff, and work on sustainable energy and water conservation projects.
Qualifications
- Engineering project management and infrastructure maintenance skills
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Experience in sustainable energy and water conservation
- Ability to coordinate with various departments and manage technical staff
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or eco-resort management is beneficial
