- Implement WCM & 5S.Mortality Prevention- Maintain a zero-mortality target within the hospital premises by proactive diagnosis, timely treatment, and emergency readiness.Team & Self-Development- Attend online/state/national-level medical seminars.
- Conduct regular in-house CME sessions for paramedics on latest medical practices and protocols.Duty & Location Flexibility- Be available for duty at various locations including the refinery, mines OHC, and Nuapada unit based on operational needs.Cost-Effective Treatment- Provide and refer treatments in a cost-effective manner.
- Foster teamwork and optimize resource utilization.Statutory & Audit Compliance- Ensure compliance with occupational health norms and maintain all necessary records.
- Close audit observations (internal/external) promptly.Digitalization Initiatives- Embrace digital transformation initiatives within the hospital management system.Liaison & Coordination- Develop liaison skills for effective coordination with district government bodies and police during medical or legal cases.
