Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Mumbai / Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for corporate (internal) roles
  • Understand and analyze job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers for US, UK, Japan, Domestic, UAE, Dubai Hiring
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and ATS
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates on hiring status
  • Meet hiring targets and SLAs within set timelines
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in internal recruitment (preferably within a staffing company)
  • Strong hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles across functions and levels
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • High energy, result-oriented, and proactive approach to recruitment
  • Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools is a plus
