Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive (Pre-Sales) to strengthen our B2B sales operations. The role primarily focuses on pre-sales activities, reviving existing & old customers, and new business development (NBD) through cold calling and customer engagement in the paper & pulp industry.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

  • Revive old and existing customers through regular follow-ups and cold calling
  • Identify new B2B customers and generate fresh business opportunities (NBD)
  • Understand customer requirements related to paper products
  • Share quotations and negotiate commercial terms
  • Convert leads into orders and close sales
  • Place confirmed customer orders with the mills accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with internal teams and mills for smooth order processing
  • Maintain customer data, call reports, and sales records
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales / pre-sales / inside sales (paper, packaging, pulp, or manufacturing industry preferred) rest Industries candidate can apply also
  • Strong skills in cold calling, customer handling, and requirement gathering
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage both existing accounts and new business development
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach
