Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Video Production professional to join our growing team in Bangalore Urban on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. This position involves creating engaging and high-quality video content that aligns with our clients' marketing strategies. If you are passionate about video production and eager to contribute to innovative projects in digital marketing, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in video production and editing with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance production workflow efficiency.
  • Competency in applying Six Sigma methodologies to improve process quality.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard for maintaining a production quality management system.
  • Experience in applying Kaizen techniques for continuous improvement in video production processes.
  • Understanding of ERP systems for managing production schedules and resource allocation.
  • Strong ability in quality assurance and industrial automation to ensure high video production standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce high-quality video content for various platforms.
  • Conduct pre-production planning such as scripting and storyboarding to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Execute video shoots, including setting up lighting, sound, and camera equipment when necessary.
  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with the brand guidelines and meets client requirements.
  • Keep abreast of new techniques and hardware in the video production industry to continually improve quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain video equipment and software, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Receive feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to video content.
