Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Chennai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and performing clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting the administrative team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office management or related field preferred
