Key Responsibilities:A day in the life of an InfoscionAs part of the Infosys consulting team your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues diagnose problem areas design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delightYou will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertiseYou will plan the activities of configuration configure the product as per the design conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution designYou will conduct solution product demonstrations POC Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelinesActively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customersIf you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey this is the place for youTechnical Requirements:Minimum 9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion EBS HCM modules like Core HR Compensation Performance Payroll Abs Benefits Helpdesk Technical Fast Formula HDL Data Migration Integration OIC Career Dev Compensation Benefits Core HR Tech Payroll Tech BPEL Oracle R12 Technical OBIEEShould have Knowledge of DFF Fusion Fast FormulaShould be aware of Oracle Fusion HCM Co Existence and working on the sameMust have experience in BI OTBI ReportsMust be experienced in Development Configuration solutions evaluation Validation and deploymentShould have high level familiarity of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll tablesAdditional Responsibilities:Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining analyzing and structuring relevant dataAwareness of latest technologies and trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateAbility to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutionsOne or two industry domain knowledgePreferred Skills:Technology->Oracle Cloud->HCM Cloud Technical
