SUMMARY

About the Role & Team

Within the Technology & Transformation practice, the team focuses on helping clients unlock value from data, analytics, and next-gen technologies. Specifically this role is within the Salesforce practice of Digital, which works on implementing and maximizing value from the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for your own work stream to meet engagement/project objectives and maintain quality standards.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features (e.g., using Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) in consultation with clients.
  • Proactively identify work stream risks or issues, and either resolve them or escalate to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within business functions.
  • Build knowledge of the sector and contribute to firm initiatives and eminence (thought-leadership, sector trends).
  • Understand the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior experience in Salesforce is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integrations, etc.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Communities or Salesforce platform or Marketing Cloud or Industry Clouds.
  • Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is a plus.
  • Ability to understand business requirements, prepare effort estimates, system design.
  • Ability to develop project-related documents: requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual, etc.
  • Education: Any graduate.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a consulting or management-oriented environment; at least 1 end-to-end SFDC (Salesforce) implementation experience in India or globally.
  • Willingness to travel for short and long term duration.
