Installation

  • Conduct site surveys and prepare locations for installing solar panels.
  • Follow blueprints and schematics for correct panel placement.
  • Assemble and mount solar arrays on rooftops or other structures.
  • Perform electrical wiring and connect panels to the electrical grid.
  • Install components such as inverters, charge controllers, and batteries.

Maintenance and repair

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PV systems.
  • Replace faulty or defective components, including panels and wiring.
  • Clean solar panels to prevent a drop in efficiency.

Safety and compliance

  • Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines when working with electrical equipment, especially at heights.
  • Stay up-to-date on local and national electrical codes.
  • Document technical parameters, activity logs, and maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
