The
Commercial Capability Lead
will identify and monitor the Learning/Training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement the Learning & training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Creates Sales Force Training Strategy and 3-5 yr road Map
- Ensure an optimum balance of Training delivery On Job, virtual, Face to Face ; Induction & Development; Product, skills, digital Tools
- Maintains Training Calendar in discussion with Stake Holders
- Ensures participation of appropriate internal/external faculty as per the Program and Strategy
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions along with Competent Faculties, Team Supervisors & HR
- Must Have - Conducts Training on Digital Tools/App use with help from Digital Team on User Manuals
- Evaluates the Returns on Training by need based methods and have benchmarks
- Reviews existing training programs suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry – Training Needs
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
- Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
- Prepares and implements training budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Ready Travel to Regions to conduct /States within India to conduct Trainings depending upon Travel situations/Pandemic scenarios
- Database Management with help of support staff
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
- Thorough understanding of training processes, module design, evaluation method, training strategy & Planning
- Ability to moderate large groups.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Proficiency in handling Digital tools (Must have)
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Ag/Marketing or related area required.
- At least 8+ years of experience in training at All India level in FMCG/Pharma/Agri Industry
