Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Incharge will also handle customer service inquiries, maintain excellent communication with customers and staff, and oversee inventory management. This role is located in Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications

  • Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in the retail or customer service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
